Admin Officer

Responsibilities

  • Assist to liaison with government departments (Local/Federal)
  • Manage and Administer entire admin team for daily/weekly/monthly duty/ies
  • Assist to Manager for Repair and Maintenance of premises/offices as per schedule or need basis management
  • Assist to develop and maintain PR with Housekeeping and other suppliers/vendors
  • Manage housekeeping staff duties and ensure proper implementation on housekeeping schedule
  • Routine bills verification before payment
  • Any other duty assigned by the Senior
