Sales Engineer

PureLogics is looking for a Sales Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong technical background in solution architecture or software engineering. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in collaborating with our Account Executives (AEs) to understand customer needs and requirements. You will actively participate in discovery calls, provide constructive feedback, align product roadmaps, estimate implementation efforts, and share deep technical insights to support the sales process. Additionally, you will engage with various teams, including the Bidding Team, Sales Team, and SDR Team, to address technical queries and ensure a unified approach to customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with AEs during customer discovery.

Attend Discovery Calls with AEs

Provide feedback to AEs for improvement.

Communicate solutions and pain points.

Estimate implementation efforts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Maintain accurate records

Provide technical training

Identify sales process improvement opportunities

Help in Staff Augmentation step

Conduct selected candidate mock interviews.

Requirements:

Relevant degree or equivalent experience.

Strong technical background.

Prior pre-sales or technical role experience.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated and team-oriented.

Knowledge of industry/products is a plus.
