Manager Security

We are looking for Manager of Security preferably having an Army background, having 10-15 years of experience for our Malam Jabba Ski Resort, Swat in North. JD as below:

• Facilities security assessment & management.
• Design safety guidelines, procedures & SOPs for smooth implementation of security plan at Resort.
• Take adequate measures to ensure the security of staff & tourists.
• Regular security briefs with engaged security company on security matters & report timely to the management. 
• Monitor performance of security company & arrange emergency response drills.
• Liaison with law enforcement agencies & friendly relations with the local administration to foster a positive image of the company & smooth business operations.
• Prepare & present a security plan to the management in case of any Internation & national level event and make a sure the plan is properly implemented. 
• Review & propose security agreements along with security companies. 
• Prepare & present monthly incident reports.
