Operation Manager

Job Description

• Supervision/Management of all the operations matters of the customers
• Managing the drivers and effectively utilizing the fleet vehicles
• Ensuring processes and SOPs are being followed at all times.
• Developing processes and solving operational problems using creative and innovative ideas
• Arranging trucks as per the requirement of customers from dedicated and non-dedicated fleet.
• Ensuring customer KPIs are met at all times
• Preparing and submitting management reports to monitor success of the project
• Ensuring compliance to HSE policies at all times.
• Ensuring proper maintenance of fleet vehicles
• Managing the operations team for assigned projects
• Staff Development arrangements (driver Training session, Staff skill development)
• Liaising with buying team and Key account manager to ensure service delivery to customers
