Our passion for placing the user at the center of everything we do is driving our incremental approach to software feature development and delivery.Overview:As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical expertise and sales strategies. You will collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs, provide technical solutions, and effectively communicate the value of our products or services. Your ability to understand complex technical concepts and present them in a compelling manner will be essential in driving successful sales outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients to understand their technical requirements and business needs.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals that address client challenges.

Present technical product demonstrations, explaining features and benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Provide technical expertise during sales meetings, webinars, and presentations.

Conduct product training sessions for clients to ensure proper understanding and usage of our offerings.

Prepare and deliver technical documentation, including specifications and technical diagrams.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales support materials, such as technical presentations and case studies.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.

Liaise with internal teams, including product development and engineering, to provide customer feedback and drive product enhancements.

Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Experience in Sales and Software Engineering is mandatory.

Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Proficiency in understanding and discussing technical specifications and requirements.

Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Familiarity with relevant software tools and technologies.

Experience Requirements:

Technical Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is highly preferred. A solid understanding of the technical aspects of the products or services being sold is crucial. Experience in Sales and software engineering background is highly preferred.

Sales Experience: While not always mandatory, having previous sales experience or a strong interest in sales is beneficial. This helps in effectively communicating the technical details to potential clients.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry the company operates in is important. This includes understanding market trends, competitors, and common challenges customers face.
