Job Responsibilities
- Organise participation in ideal events depending on hiring/ community engagement needs along with developing content accordingly. Manage effective collaboration with internal and external platforms for sourcing candidates.
- Administer candidate shortlisting process by maintaining standard criteria.
- Set assessor for the selection process & communicate with candidates as per requirement.
- Prepare Induction plan, Office memo, and announcement content and conduct Induction sessions for new joiners on different roles.
- Learn and align organizational policy, practice and plan, track staff development plan in relevant & effective manner. Visit process implementation, drive effective & empathetic method. Being a team player & upholding team spirit.
- Prepare relevant guidelines for emerging requirements and onboard concerned stakeholders. Contribute in preparing & rolling out required learning modules & content. Managing relevant approvals & providing sincere support through thoughtful accommodating solutions.
- Arrange employee engagement activities, such as: Weekly Refreshment Sessions, Meet & Greet Sessions, presenting initiatives in relevant forums etc.
- Develop role-wise competency-based questionnaire & monitor implementation of the process.
- Overseeing external and internal recruitment and talent assessment plan, deployment plan for successfully placing the right people at right place, contributing in performance management plan as per requirement.
- Formulate and maintain monthly tracker for demand vs hiring processes.
- Participate and contribute in programmatic and unit specific initiatives as per requirement
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Effective communication, interpersonal and cooperation skills.
- Problem-solving and data analysing skills.
- Sound knowledge on MS Office.
- Sound knowledge report/ presentation preparation and effective data representation.
- Candidates having 1 year of work experience will get preference
