Customer Service Representative (Call Center)

Job Responsibilities
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
  • Learn details about our product and service offerings
  • Address any questions or issues customers may have
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
  • Offer solutions based on clients' needs and capabilities
  • Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
  • Keep an updated customer database
  • Measure identified KPIs
  • Always strive towards meeting sales quota
  • Track and document calls and sales
  • Update client records
  • Prepare and present achievements and KIPs
  • Answer questions about super hostel products
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sale
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Inbound customer support
  • Outbound telemarketing calls.
  • Giving accurate feedback of queries over phone or social media' s.
  • Enter and update client information in the database.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company's image.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using to facilitate future sales.

Educational Requirements
    Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Additional Requirements
    Age 22 to 28 years Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Applicants must have good English & Bangla efficiency.
  • Ability to use MS office and CRM.
  • Have mindset to work in target oriented process.
  • Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
