Job Responsibilities

• Follow up with the customer whether they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct the issue.
• Communicate with the customer to resolve the problem and complaints or ensure satisfaction.
• Take orders from the patrons for food and beverage ,communicate with the dinning or other staff in the kitchen.
• Present menus to the patrons and answers question about menu items, making recommendations upon request
• Collect and process to complete the bill from the customers
• Clean table and dining tables after the patrons have finished their dinning.
• Escorts customers to their tables and offering the menus.

HSC
• Educational qualification may be relaxed for experienced persons.

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)
