Assistant Project Officer (Technical Trainer - Cooking), SDP, HCMP
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare training session plan for Cooking (Fast food & Meal).
- Facilitate vocational training on Cooking following CBT&A method.
- Assist for developing IEC Materials, training modules on Cooking.
- Arrange trainings and prepare training reports.
- Take attendance of training participants and maintain register.
- Assist to form group/batch for training.
- Assist to prepare training materials list and maintain safe use of training equipment.
- Assist cash base transection and follow up beneficiaries.
- Other necessary tasks (logical, rightful and reasonable) assigned by the authority.
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Experience in Cooking (Fast food and Meal).
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Local language proficiency (Chittagonian)
- Good knowledge in MS Office
