Deputy Project Manager, Education, Bhasan Char, HCMP
Job Responsibilities
- Implement the project plan effectively.
- Guide and supervise field based Technical Officers.
- Sign and adhere to code of conduct.
- Capacity building of the components, team members & teachers.
- Liaison with the Govt. agency and other stakeholders.
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)

- BRAC’s values and mission, development sector, global development scenario to identify funding trends, financial and grants management, donor agencies, educational sector requirements
- Budgeting, communication, researching, writing, monitoring and evaluating, preparing reports, auditing, analysing budgets, project management
- Facilitating group meetings, managing timelines, oral and written fluency in both Bangla and English, handling critical issues with donor, project implementation
