Job Context
Job Location: BRAC Head Office
Job Responsibilities
Provide support in developing nutrition related strategies aligned with organisational overall strategies.
Provide support to the HNPP management in overall strategic and technical leadership in planning, developing, designing, budgeting, and implementation of large-scale and model nutrition specific/ sensitive/ multisectoral nutrition programmes.
Provide quality leadership and mentoring to programme managers and ensure field supervision, programmatic monitoring, knowledge management for better implementation and impact
Guide project management and financial management including budget tracking
Mobilise resources (fund raising) through new proposal development, negotiation/ collaboration/ building strategic and/or stopgap partnerships with donors and other relevant stakeholders
Maintaining close networking, partnership and coordination with different core and support programmes within the organisation. Establish, maintain, and improve active and regular working relationships with government, donors and partner agencies, DPs, CSAs and other relevant stakeholders at national and global level by participating in organisational, national and regional initiatives and events.
Establish a safeguarding culture across all level of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Educational Requirements
Masters with MPH from any recognised university/ institutions
Experience Requirements
At least 8 year(s)
Additional Requirements
Age at most 45 years
Minimum 08 years experience in health and nutrition sector and managerial position
Knowledge:
Extensive knowledge on development work, especially nutrition related public health
Knowledge of donor regulations
Knowledge on financial management and budget
Skills:
Project management and planning
Strong interpersonal, communications, organisational, team building, partnering and representational skills
Fluency in written and spoken English and Bengali
Competencies:
Analytical ability, Strategic thinking, Problem solving skills, Networking, Leadership, Change management
Adaptation to changes
