Manager, Marketing and Merchandising forH and M Buyer
Job Responsibilities
- Able to lead a team for procurement and execution of orders for buyer like H & M
- Specially knowledge & experience about H & M buyer Marketing & Merchandising as well as prepare price quotation and cost sheet
- Formulating business strategies: Plan and develop business strategies focusing on Marketing & Merchandising that balance customers' expectations and organization's objectives.
- Tracks and takes necessary steps to ensure the achievement of periodic order booking and delivery targets for the company
- Manage buyers and merchandising assortment activities
- Negotiates price and value of company product with customers and finalizes orders
- Coordinates with Production and Quality Assurance departments in addressing customers complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Proper execution of orders according to planned "Time and Action Plan" on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
- Reporting the top management on regular basis.
Experience Requirements
- At least 12 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 45 years
- Well experienced with reputed buyer like H & M
- Capable of handling $ 3-4 million business per month
- Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English.
- Commitment, attitude and ability to work as a team.
- Ability to work under pressure even for longer working hours.
- Lead a team of merchandisers
- Minimum 12 years' experience including 3 years as Manager in reputed knit manufacturing Group of Companies
