Manager/ Sr. Manager, Media

Job Responsibilities

• RoI driven media planning to maximize brand reach and frequency on TV, Radio, and in other electronic media
• Maintain higher SOV and manage CPRP
• Cost per impression (CPI) and innovation in print media
• Strategic location centric outdoor planning and maximizing visibility in outdoor media
• Digital marketing reach and engagement
• Managing external media agency and manage media houses from in house
• Oversee management of all digital channels (including updates, and user experience)
• Conduct and report analysis of site and social traffic
• Work closely with brand team to build online campaigns and drive brand stickiness through digital environment
• Develop an effective team environment to deliver all virtual and digital services within the policy and planning framework of SureCash
• Assist Head of Marketing & Communications to develop strategy for mainstream, digital and OOH marketing plan and roadmap
• Drive social media brands positioning and brand management in social media and relevant e-spaces
• Run and lead the deployment of digital services as per the roadmap to support fast track the overall commercial transformation of SureCash
