Technical Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Work closely with Samsung based developer community to support them for app/service development using Samsung based OS/SDKs/Tools

Study Samsung SDK documentations and communicate with development team for solution required by 3rd party devs

Produce high-quality documentations/blogs/videos that meet applicable standards and are appropriate for its intended audience

Educational Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputed university

Bachelor degree in CS/ IT/ EEE is preferred

Minimum CGPA must be 3:00 out of 4.00 in undergraduate level

No 3rd division/class equivalent in any academic level

2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Both males and females are allowed to apply

2~3 years of technical content creation/developer community exposure (SDLC documents, videos, blogs etc.

Proven working experience in Android Application development & technical writing (in English)

Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures

Excellent investigation and research skill

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Hands-on experience in content creation tools (for example: graphics & Video recording/editing tools) will be an added advantage
