Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer- HR Generalist

In this role candidate will be working with HR operations team handling end to end recruitment activities

Responsibilities

. Engage & work with key internal and external stakeholders in a matrixed relationship for Staffing, HRSS and strategic HR interventions

. Operate independently & ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team

. Train, mentor and leading HR initiatives and best practices.

. Direct interaction with the customer and Client Management skills

. Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies

. Able to prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines and escalate any issues quickly

. Should be a good team player, ready to accommodate to customer timelines and deliverables

. Must be able to react to deadlines with flexibility and integrity

. Proven experience and track record of solving problems

. Strong attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications

. Any Graduate from UGC affiliated universities

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

. Good Communication Skills

. MS Office (Excel, Word)
