This pivotal role requires a strategic-minded professional to drive the growth of our HR technology solutions, significantly contributing to our expansion and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Business HR Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for HR technology solutions, aiming to expand our client base and market presence.
Talent Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor landscapes within the HR technology domain.
Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients, comprehensively understanding their HR technology needs and offering tailored solutions.
Sales Pipeline Management: Create and manage a robust sales pipeline, overseeing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring achievement of revenue targets.
Collaboration and Networking: Collaborate with internal teams, including HR, Sales, and Product Development, to align business strategies and effectively deliver HR technology solutions. Foster relationships with industry professionals to enhance business prospects and partnerships.
HR Services Customization: Collaborate closely with the technical team to customize HR technology solutions based on client requirements, ensuring seamless integration and superior client satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on business development activities, sales performance, market trends, and competitor insights.
Adherence to Industry Best Practices: Stay abreast of the latest HR trends, innovations, and industry best practices, integrating them into business development strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Proven track record in business development, specifically within HR technology, with a minimum of 08 years of relevant experience
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, emphasizing client relationship management
Strategic thinker capable of independently driving initiatives
Proficiency in CRM/HR software and market analysis tools
Certification in Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) (preferred)
