Finance Officer

Job Description

Our client is an established warehousing management firm that is helping businesses with their expertise in managing this entire ecosystem, thus helping them realize their business goals in both short and long run.

The Job

You will be processing invoices and expense claims, supporting payment documents, monitoring discrepancies and resolving them by working with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accounting ledgers, assisting in monthly closing, processing journals and performing ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

The Profile

You possess a Degree in Finance and Accounting and have at least 3 years experience within a similar role.

Prior work in an industrial, manufacturing or logistics setup would be a plus.

You are adept at using accounting softwares and have good hold of excel.

You can grow within the role to lead teams in future.

You have an eye for detail and deliver work that is meticulously verified for the slightest of the errors possible.

You can liaise well with other accounting teams and individuals and also present your findings and suggestions to seniors when required.

Excellent communication skills are required along with an ability to work both in teams and individually.
