Associate Executive

Job Description

Job Duties will include:

Updating and maintain executive calendar

Gain good knowledge of the business

Be able to make executive aware of the key issues and develop action plans

Using planner to keep track of all appointments

Write down to do list everyday and prioritize

Make travel arrangements

Managing different projects and maintain PR

Highly collaborative and proactive individual with strong administrative capabilities

Ability to prioritize work

Support business needs during periods of heavy workload and across time zones

This individual will be responsible for performing a diverse set of duties

Scheduling meetings

Managing various personnel data and transactions

Competencies Required:

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Pleasant personality

Organization and time management

Telephonic calls and Emails

Dairy management

Make travel arrangements

Administrative tasks
