Job Description

QA test for standard & customized product

Analyze and suggest improvements

Communication b/w:

TL/developers and SSD (Software Support Department)

TL/developers and Customers

TL/developers and Management

Customization/complaint requirement analysis from any of:

SSD (Software Support Department)

SMD (Sales & Marketing Department)

Customer

Preparation of SoW (Scope of work)

Get timelines of SoW from TL/developers

Send to Management for cost analysis

Prepare & send quotation to Customer/SSD/SMD

Follow-up for given quotations from Customer/SSD/SMD

Prepare Invoice and send to Customer/SSD/SMD

Manage hard copies of all documents and record

Manage DARs (daily activity report) internally and send to management on daily basis

Software documentation (where needed)

Must Have

Public dealing, official correspondence (both in email & telecom)

MS-Outlook, MS-Excel, MS-Word, PDF

Software QA Testing

SQL Server database handling (SQL Queries)

Preferable

Software requirement analysis

Software workflow diagram making

Desktop/Web Based software deployment
