• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical Degree
or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Provide initial assessment of urgency and business impact on all support helpline calls and emails
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Planning future improvements, suggesting IT solutions to business problems
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Perform comprehensive root cause analysis and advise how to avoid such incidents in the future
• Record incident resolution in system and communicate to all stakeholders
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve issues
• Theoretical understanding of Client / Server Operating Systems, Networking and IP Telephony
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible approach to work and problem solving
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
• Excellent telephone mannerisms
• The ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical staff
• The ability to work proactively with little direct supervision
• A commitment to continual professional development
