Operations Manager Retail

A fastest-growing hired purchase business - microfinance business urgently requires the services of Operations Manager who would be responsible for providing inspirational leadership for the organizational operational policy, planning, and strategic decision making.  This positional role also requires budget forecasting,  reporting, planning, and auditing of daily work activities as well as ensuring all legal and regulatory with compliance of rules and procedures.

Required Qualification: Minimum Graduation / Post Graduation

Required Experience: Minimum 5- 8 Years of Experience (microfinance relevant Industrial the experience will be preferred along with proven track record)

Gender: Males / Females

Required Skills: Because of the nature of work, operations manager need to be flexible and demonstrate critical thinking and leadership prudence with the best of communication skills. Achieve their objectives through effective planning, ensuring operational compliance operational goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
