Manager Operations
Responsibilities
UPN requires services of Manager Operations who can:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and work of operational staff.
- Ensure compliance to organizational standards & SOPs.
- Assure excellent delivery of the quality services with regular monitoring.
- Strong liaison with UPN Tech department for developing and improving systems/ processes.
- Assigning targets to the team aligned with tactical and strategic goals.
- Responsible for target accomplishments; Service Oriented, Quantitative & Qualitative.
- Coordination with Business Intelligence (BI) team for creating visibilities and automation of the reports.
- Preparing and presenting Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly reports to Manager Operations & Senior Management.
- Review and filter applications for potential new hires.
- Assist in interviewing applicants and confer with senior-level management on hiring process.
- Hands on experience with MS Office and other software tools
