HR Generalist

Responsibilities

  • To Assist Group Head HR in annual HR planning, keeping in view the forecasted demand & supply of human resource, consequent upon company annual business plans.
  • Responsible for generation of related Talent Pools, ensuring the requisite competencies as defined in JDs & JSs of particular positions.
  • Responsible for onboarding the new joiners, preparation of orientation plans in coordination with functional departments & liaisoning with various departments for smooth employee assimilation in organizational culture.
  • Liaison with Head Office HR Team and ensure timely payment of payroll and employee-related benefits.
  • To Assist Group Head HR in administration of KPI based performance appraisal exercises on yearly bases.
  • To assist Group Head HR in training & development related initiatives taken by top management for optimal utilization of employee potential.
  • Maintain employee attendance system on daily basis.
  • Actively involvement in all employee engagement activities.
