The Job

You will be responsible for :

Diagnosing and resolving customer questions or problems over the telephone/internet in the areas of system configurations/setup, product functionality, and bugs/enhancements.

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement as well as developing and implementing solutions.

Leading ongoing reviews of business processes, developing optimisation strategies and communicating results.

Performing Fit-Gap analysis and developing solutions for business process re-design, providing trade-off information and recommending a course of action.

Developing functional and technical specifications for delivering new and maintaining existing business applications.

Acting as a subject matter expert with regards to business needs and application design-related activities which includes leading configuration and design reviews within a project team.

Acting as the liaison between the client business units and IT to lead the business requirements gathering process and elicit the true needs of the client.

Interacting with other IT functional units to clarify and build applications that meet business units objectives.

The Profile

You have at least 1 year of experience within an IT Business Analyst or similar role.

You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.

You are a strong networker & relationship builder.

You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.

You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
