Legal Trainee

Job Description

Research and analyze laws, case laws, and practices and draft opinions accordingly

Draft and review documents, contracts, or opinions as per the requirement

Liaison before governmental authorities

Assist Legal Head & Senior Legal Associate on various legal requirements of the company

Maintain proper documentation of legal documents

Coordinate with various stakeholders on legal issues

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in BA-LLB / BBM-LLB / BBA-LLB

Good knowledge of legal requirements (Contract/ Agreements and procedures)

Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal / Written)

Strong attention to detail

Good Documentation skills of legal documents
