  • We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic, efficient and professional Female Front Desk Officer to facilitate visiting customers and telephone inquiries at our main entrance desk in our head office Islamabad.

Requirements

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately

  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)

  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

  • Update calendars and schedule meetings

  • Assisting HR in handling candidates inflows and form filling for interviews

  • Maintain contact list, assist in payment & record keeping of utilities

  • Ensure staff or stock movement in and out of office

  • Scheduling meeting rooms and ensuring arrangements properly

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
