Job Description

Nextbridge Pvt Ltd immediately requires 1 x Legal Executive for one of its three offices based in Johar Town, Lahore.

Role and responsibilities:

Monitoring all legal affairs within the company while handling both internal and external legal concerns.

Briefing team of staff members on legal issues, potential liabilities and possible courses of actions.

Writing and reviewing settlement documents, contracts, agreements and more.

Staying up to date on all current laws and make legal recommendations accordingly.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law / Legal Studies/ Corporate Law

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to prepare complex legal documents

Knowledge of all applicable laws, rules and regulations

Exceptional leadership skills

High attention to detail

Strong negotiation skills

Remuneration Package:

Gross salary as per experience

a) During Probation period:

3 sick/casual leaves

Company subsidized lunch/dinner

Travelling allowance for female staff

b) After completion of Probation period (Permanent Employee is entitled to the following benefits):
