Taluka Supervisor
Responsibilities
- On job training of the staff (UC Supervisors and CNWs) deployed by Shifa Foundation.
- To monitor and assist the activities of UC Supervisors and CNWs
- To participate in TCCN meetings, Tehsil level all the meetings by the stakeholders and Shifa Foundation.
- Reporting and Tehsil level data analysing.
- Risk assement and inncident reporting.
- Sthreghthening the referral mechanism and lisaning with all the concerned implementation partners.
- To participate in all the program activities of the project.
- Monitoring and assessment of supplies and consumptions.
- Monitoring and assistance to the Mother Support Groups, Father Support Groups and Self Help Groups established in the project.
- Follw – up of the children, pregnant and lactating women admitted and discharged from the program.
- Monitoring of all the field activities.
- To properly record, document and report the program activities.
- Any other task assigned by the District Project Manager.
